What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- the type of project
- your message
Like any website, our server also sees technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser. We use the IP address only to stop the contact form from being flooded with messages.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare a quote. When you send an enquiry, we email you a copy of it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in the system we use to manage this website, and arrive in our email inbox. Only our team can read them.
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we work together, for the project and our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Videos, maps and images
Client videos are played from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube is only contacted when you press play. The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. Our photos are served from Amazon Web Services.
These services receive your IP address when they send you their content, and YouTube and Google may set their own cookies when you use the video player or the map. Their own privacy policies apply to that.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookies you may receive come from the YouTube player or the Google map described above.
Your rights
As allowed by applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
Write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
